November 17, 2010 – Just as crews began to assist EMS at the previous call, it was advised that the patient would be flown. At 09:35 the Schuylkill Haven Fire Department was dispatched to 110 Route 61 (Church by PSU) to set up a landing zone for incoming medevac 7. Units arrived on scene and established a secure area in the parking lot for the “bird” to land. Crews then assisted with patient packaging and transport to the helicopter. Chief 722 (Sattizahn) had command and units were clear after 25 minutes.
